My baby boy is three! On December 3rd, we put up some decorations, ordered pizza (which Tyler ate none of), and ate cupcakes. Tyler was so excited. He happily sang "Happy Birthday" to himself.

Building his new truck.

We closed on our first home the day after Ty's birthday and I had planned for Tyler's party to be the following Saturday. So, we had the party in our new backyard at our empty house. My sweet friend in Tallahassee recently threw her son a construction themed birthday party. I had been planning to do a truck theme for Ty's party, so I called her to ask for ideas. She ended up giving me great ideas and sending me tons of adorable hand made decorations. The party turned out great, and my little buddy had a wonderful time.

Opening presents about five minutes into the party.

My best friend called the fire department and asked if they would bring a truck by our house during the party and they said yes! It was so fun. Ty seemed a little nervous at first, but had a blast climbing in the truck and pretending to drive. The Fire Chief even showed up!

After we (and all the neighborhood kids) were done exploring the fire truck, we went back to sing "Happy Birthday" and eat cake. Ty Ty was so cute trying to blow out his candles.

I'm so blessed to be this little boy's mama.
